About Speaker Joseph Tolbert Jr.

Joseph Tolbert Jr is a native of Detroit, Michigan. He is the oldest of 10 children which began is life of leading others. Joseph served his country for three (3) years in active duty status and four (4) years reserves for the United States Navy. After receiving an honorable discharge Joseph needed to find his path. Ultimately it lead to the creation and development of Harvest Group Institute.
Joseph is a Minster, a National Renown Teacher and Speaker; sharing wisdom and revelations about life and Business. He is also a Life Coach, Mentor and Trainer. Joseph is the Founder and President of Harvest Group Institute, a training company that hosts seminars and workshops training individuals and organizations in areas such as, Correlations Between Relationship Skills And Success, Increasing Self Confidence And Self Worth, College Preparation and the Accompanying Lifestyle Change, Finance, Business and Budgeting, and Overcoming Personal and Professional Insecurities, to name a few. |
Joseph has personally spent the last 8 years developing community programs to house and educate individuals and families; providing intense training for men, woman, and young adults in need across the state of Florida.

He provides services as a Personal Life Coach and Corporate Consultant to individuals in small business in the area of relationship marketing. And with his heart for people, a portion of Joseph’s company is “not for profit” He has committed to mentoring youth and young adults in the art of successful living, teaching them the life skills necessary to reach their full potential.
Joseph’s ability to overcome a childhood that would have led most people to a life of definite mediocrity allowed him to become an outstanding individual, not only personally but professionally as well. In addition to operating several successful businesses, Joseph served as a Guardian Ad Litem (G.A.L) a Court Appointed Special Advocate (C.A.S.A.) for children in Foster Care in the Dependency Court System. He served for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court in Jacksonville, FL., and has earned a Foster Care Certification (MAPP), through the Florida Mentor Group. |
